Review: The I.D.- Own Designed Love

Tuesday 16 October 2012

Debuting British four piece The I.D are a band that could well rival any post punk, grunge act out there at the moment, and with only a few tracks currently in existence Own Designed Love is a punchy little number.

With surging guitars, racing bass and a distinct lead vocal, The I.D take the dark twists of classic rock n roll and collide with brazen hooks and gritty sonics. The track is strong in delivery; frantic crescendo production holds similar tones to prominent rock vocalists, which surely makes this band one to watch right? Absolutely: the factthat these guys, despite only just surfacing, have so many qualities of sturdy, biting music visible on this one track alone is very promising indeed.
