News: Spindle’s Christmas Panto

The season tis almost upon us and that means it’s with much pre-emptive festive cheer that we’re looking forward to our next party: our annual Christmas bash.

This year, we’re going to be doing something a little different. Not just the promise of canapés and mulled beverages; we’re putting on a Spindle Christmas panto. Oh yes we did.

Not to dish out the spoilers (plus there’s always the chance I’ll change my mind on what exactly will be written several drafts in from here) but needless to say, it’ll likely be the highlight of the festive season. Or, failing that, a chance to get a glimpse of some of the sordid stories of Spindle past re-enacted in camp panto style.

So ladies and gentlemen, I present to ye a postmodern rewriting of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Spindle style. Auditions will be being held shortly, so if you’re a person of the theatre or a Z-list celeb, please, put yourself forward and come take part. For the rest of you, come join the fun on 20 December. We’ll save you a front row seat.
