Preview: Oval Space Cinema Club Presents ‘F*ck for Forest’ – A documentary by Michal Marczak

Oval Space Cinema Club have selected ‘F*ck for Forest’ – A documentary by Michal Marczak as the film for their April screening.  The film follows the Berlin-based NGO that sells homemade erotic films and photos on the internet as a way of raising money for the environment.  The group is united in their beliefs on sexual liberation and global altruism, having faith in the idea that sex can save the world.  However, despite their planet-saving mission, when the group is faced with the people they plan on saving, their noble ideas do not meet with reality.

Although taking a wild foray into sex, psychedelic drugs and tribal dancing, this film is well executed as young Polish director, Michal Marczak, presents this colourful group of people with honesty and without judgement.  Having won ‘Best Feature Film’ at the Warsaw International Film Festival, this film also contains spectacular cinematography and is definitely a recommended watch.

‘F*ck for Forest’ – A documentary by Michal Marczak will be showing at Oval Space Cinema Club, 29-32 Oval, London, E2 9DT on Tuesday 23rd April.  Doors open at 6.30pm, film starts at 8.30pm.
