This June, Rag & Bone will for the first time show menswear in the British capital as part of London Collections: Men, where they will unveil their SS 2014 collection.
Although based in New York, Rag & Bone’s design duo, Marcus Wainwright and David Neville, are British, and for this reason felt strongly about showcasing their SS 2014 collection at London Collections: Men. Wainwright and Neville have stated: “as English guys we are delighted to be a part of London Collections: Men. Menswear is what originally put our brand on the map and our British roots have heavily influenced our aesthetic, so we felt strongly about showing our SS 2014 collection in our hometown. London is important to us on several levels – it’s where we opened our European flagship store last summer – and with LC:M gathering momentum each season, we feel incredibly excited to be a part of it.”
Rag & Bone is a critical and commercial success in the international fashion world. Combining English heritage with directional, modern design, the brand has become synonymous with wearable clothing that innovatively blends classic tailoring with an edgy yet understated New York aesthetic.
Rag & Bone operates 12 stores worldwide, five of which are in New York City. Flagship stores are also located in Washington D.C., Boston, Dallas, London, Los Angeles, Seoul and Tokyo. Available in boutiques and department stores in over 39 countries worldwide and online at www.rag-bone.com
