Spector were the latest band to perform as part of Dr. Marten’s #STANDFORSOMETHING tour, bringing their infectious indie-rock sound to Birthdays in Dalston last weekend.

With wonderful support from JAWS and Gaoler’s Daughter, the boys caused quite a frenzy in the intimate space – for the costume choices as well as the music. Really, you can’t go wrong with a floral quilted jacket or gold lamé lined bomber. You should check out some of the pics from DIY, and you can see them perform Chevy Thunder in the vid below.

The fun foursome will complete their tour (or Spectour, if you will) with a few more shows in November before hurrying back to the studio to start work on their second album.

There are two more shows on the #STANDFORSOMETHING tour, with performing bands including Dry The River and Lower Than Atlantis.
