Warpaint ‘Love is to Die’

Warpaint have that innocent drugged up air about them. Touching on 90s nostalgia, imagine grunge girl outcasts who make magic in the garage.

I last saw them live a few years back at Field Day, where their afternoon set left me feeling turned on by the opposite sex, such is the sexuality fucking with their riffs. New song ‘Love Is To Die’ continues their addictive, ambiguous exploration of indie sounds, with relaxed tidal waves, haunting vocals and something all together chilled out for Halloween.

For all you lucky Londoner’s, don’t miss them at Brixton Academy┬átomorrow!
