The British Comedy Awards saw the best performers in UK comedy come together to celebrate their achievement over the last year.

Sponsored by Foster’s and hosted by Jonathan Ross, the awards saw well-deserved wins (Jack Whitehall for the hilarious Fresh Meat, Graham Norton for his brilliant chat show) and some, er, not so loved wins (Miranda Hart beating Fresh Meat’s Zawe Ashton and Getting On’s Jo Brand? Come on…)
