The Christmas cocktail should be warm and comforting without being heavy and sickly – and that’s exactly how to describe the Cointreau Winter Berry Fizz.

The combination of classic Christmas flavours from the Cointreau and almond syrup are tempered with the fresh, zestiness of the lemon juice and soda water. Add to that a garnish of fresh fruit and I’d say you’ve found yourself the perfect cocktail for the season!

50ml Cointreau
10ml Almond syrup
3-4 x Fresh blackberries
20ml Lemon juice
Soda water

Method:  Shake and strain ingredients, fine strain into Cointreau glass, then top with soda water. Garnish with cinnamon and lemon peel.
