The combination of classic Christmas flavours from the Cointreau and almond syrup are tempered with the fresh, zestiness of the lemon juice and soda water. Add to that a garnish of fresh fruit and I’d say you’ve found yourself the perfect cocktail for the season!
10ml Almond syrup
3-4 x Fresh blackberries
20ml Lemon juice
Method: Shake and strain ingredients, fine strain into Cointreau glass, then top with soda water. Garnish with cinnamon and lemon peel.
