3. Change up Your look
When I’m working on private clients, I often ask them what they currently use and like before I start creating an appropriate look. I find that generally most women have only a few brushes and many many pots of product. Sometimes it helps to get a second opinion on how you’re approaching the day to day makeup – booking in with a makeup counter for advice is a great way to learn new tricks! You may find that by adding just a couple of new items to your makeup routine, things become easier and faster.
There are also so many fantastic trends to give inspiration and no no shortage of you tube tutorials . Don’t be a trend slave of course but don’t be afraid to try something you wouldn’t normally wear. I’m a believer that there is red lipstick for everyone. If you’ve been slapping on the same black eyeliner and BB Cream since last year don’t be afraid to try something different. It’s a good idea to mix things up! Keep an eye out on our Spindle Headquarters for a trend inspired “How To Get The Look” feature coming soon!
