Competition: Boxfresh presents High Rise

The rooftops of London have been the place to be this summer, with movie screenings and alfresco drinking taking place all over the city. Streetwear brand Boxfresh are getting in on the action too, celebrating 25 years at the top of their game and holding a series of 25 events throughout the year. Their latest event to take place is High Rise, a selection of 3 separate rooftop parties that will all be taking place on the same day.

Held across 3 distinctive roof venues, each party will cover an array of music line-ups with one aim in mind – celebrating the diversity of musical talent in urban culture and bringing together people of different minds and tastes. Covering house, hip hop, base and soul, Boxfresh make sure that they spend their birthday in style as they invite you to party amongst the skyline of East London.

Taking place at Rockwell House will be the house line-up, where house-heads can be treated to the likes of Waze and Odyssey, the bass-led Pedestrian, electro Trouble Vision DJ’s and also deep house from Charles Green and Nick Sabin. The Shoreditch location is the perfect place to send off the summer with views across East London, however if you’re looking for a more urban edge then the Dalston Roof Park may be the one for you. Hosting a mixture of hip-hop and electro pop, Dalston will be dancing to the glitchy sounds of Lapalux, Star Slinger, The Golden Boy who you may know for his Lauryn Hill remix, Pip Williams and Apes and Seb Wildblood.

If that’s still not your kind of scene, then Hackney’s hotspot Netil House will be hosting acoustic music from UK duo Alpines, grime from producers Mumdance and Novelist and funk, soul and disco from Brand New Wayo DJ’s. Boxfresh truly have everything covered. Now it’s just deciding which roof you’ll be raising.

Spindle has two tickets to give away for Netil 360 event on Saturday 6th September, all you have to do is follow Spindle and tweet us “I want to win tickets to Boxfresh presents High Rise!”
