Supremebeing Outerwear A/W14 Collection

We don’t want to jinx our streak of good luck with this year’s weather, but with a grey cloud never too far from our horizon, it’s never too early to start thinking about your winter coat. Streetwear brand Supremebeing have presented their AW14 coat collection and it’s making winter look pretty damn cosy.

2014 has been a good year for the brand who has not only designed an exclusive collection for Urban Outfitters, but is also celebrating its 15th birthday. They look set to end the year on a high with their winter collection. Taking inspiration from traditional and iconic silhouettes, Supremebeing have designed the perfect coat series to see you through the looming months.

For those who love the classic khaki parker, Supremebeing bring a fresh update with three separate designs. The Arrow field jacket is the modern day parker, injecting winters tartan trend with its plaid checked sleeves, contrasting mixed fabrics, and removable fur trim from the hood. The Musket takes its inspiration from old fashioned cycling capes, providing waterproof protection from our rainy weather in a brushed lightweight cotton, before the classic Archer jacket shows us the traditional parker that we know and love. With faux sheepskin lining and a cotton and nylon mixed outer layer, the jacket is the warmest and most resilient of the range.

Not forgetting those that like their urban edge, the brand has also produced sports-inspired bomber jackets. The contrasting ‘Mystic’ coach jacket, the minimal black bomber and also the ‘Leader’ baseball jacket, a sports luxe cover-up that features black snake-effect sleeves. Whether you’re looking for something to stand apart from the crowd, or if you’re more of a traditionalist, the varied collection has –quite literally – got you covered.
