Tiny Tattoos By Rosie Wonders

Scrolling through your morning social media feed? Got a cup of coffee? You  might have noticed a bit of a trend taking off.  Theres a  booming craze for kitsch and quirky miniature tattoos as seen on celebrities to tumblrettes. Susannah Butter of the Evening Standard rightly said “Could it be that discreet stamps are this year’s decorative — and certainly more dramatic — sleeves?” Yes, we think they are, and yes we like them!

But let’s face it, not all of us can face a permanent tattoo. Not because we aren’t “brave enough” to do it it’s more that some of us are just fickle, we change our mind constantly and would rather not end up with our indecisive whims all over our arm. I’ve personally been toying with the idea of getting a tattoo on the back of my neck for years, but I just can’t commit to one thing.

So, it is with delight that I happened across a rather lovely designer called Rosie Wonders. Just in time for the tiny tattoo trend she has created a range of temporary finger tattoos for those of us who just can’t make up our mind!

For £6.50 you can get an A4 size sheet of over 63 fun designs including tiny stars, thumb size day of the dead skulls, hearts, anchors, peace signs and even a little tea pot!

If we’re talking technically, then yes, they are basically reminiscent of those pre teen days where you would use a cotton pad soaked in water to transfer the cereal box sticker on the back of your arm or hand. However,  if you can swallow your “cool” pride and try these out you’ll be pleasantly surprised. They’re adorable! When you’ve had enough just soak a cotton bud in oil or alcohol and remove the tattoo.
