The London based, Norwegian and Welsh rooted band Firewoodisland are like some airy-fairy folk band but with some real substance and a pretty mesmerising video to match.

Firewoodisland have released the video for their single ‘Simon’, which is officially released on November 10th. The band describes their stuff as ‘Celtic Viking music’, which is a lot less cave man than it sounds.

‘Simon’ is from Firewoodisland’s debut EP released earlier this year. Which, and I suggest you take my advice very seriously with this one; you need to have on full volume, sat around a campfire, sat on some nature made stools maybe? And if you want to finish it off correctly, get some marshmallows involved with it too and you’ve got yourself a party.

And if you can’t get the aforementioned plan together… Then you can catch them live on November 11th at Buffalo Bar in London.
