After all the food and drink of Christmas day, I bet you’re searching for that drink the refresh your taste buds ready for round two. Well, we have the exact cocktail for you. It comes in the form of a Mango and Lime Daiquiri. A sweetly sour frozen delight.

Let me introduce to you, Daiquiri meet Spindle readers, and Spindle readers meet the Daiquiri of your dreams. Now that’s out of the way. We can get to the more important part – how to make it.

50ml Bacardi Limon rum
25ml Cointreau
50ml Lime Juice
Large handful of frozen mango
Large handful of ice cubes
1 Lime Wedge for decoration

Combine the Bacardi Limon, Cointreau, lime juice, frozen mango and ice cubes in a blender and process on full speed until the mixture is completely smooth. Add more ice or mango where you see fit and blend again if necessary. Pour the daiquiri straight into prepared glasses and garnish with a slice of lime.
