The inventors of the denim game, the ones who gave birth to the indigo hue, the company that craftily care for each garment using only the best techniques. And if you haven’t said Levi’s by now then what is wrong with you. Levi Strauss’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection infuses their original denim with the ever-changing Los Angeles street art scene.

Levi’s SS15 collection was inspired by the doing and undoing of graffiti, the creation of art and then the deduction, the applying and the removing and the effect that it has on the streets of Los Angeles in particular. The sense of missing on those graffiti-removed walls is what resonates throughout the collection.

On a neutral palette of washed out whites and camel coloured tan the colour pops of black and blue stand in contrast. The spray paint effect on tees and jackets, building block contrast colours and pixelated details bring the street art influences to life in fabric form.
