Barn On The Farm Announcement

Tuesday 14 April 2015
Words Ailis Mara

Barn On The Farm is an intimate festival held on a Gloucestershire, you guessed it, farm on the first weekend of July. After starting out as a small idea to create a festival that the organisers would loved to go to, Barn On The Farm has escalated into a refreshing destination to not only appreciate live music, but to be able to tell the artist’s how much you appreciate it after their set. Yes, it’s that intimate.

The festival falls between the dates of the 3rd-5th July this coming summer, and with the full weekend tickets, which include intimate Friday night privileges, having already sold out, you better grab your Saturday and Sunday tickets before they go too.

James Bay headlines the festival alongside the newly announced headliner, The Staves, as well as Prides, Little Comets, Lauren Aquilina and Sunset Sons. These newly added artists join the existing array of emerging and established musicians for the weekend’s schedule.

As a festival that wholly supports these up-and-coming musicians, it’s hard for us not to love it. With a cosy 1500 capacity, it’s more like a simple camp out than a festival. Plus you might see a couple of chickens and sheep hopping around too…
