Sounds of the Catwalk – LFW S/S16 Playlist

Saturday 19 September 2015

Whether you’re in amongst the FROW action at London Fashion Week or just wanting to get into the new season mood, our exclusive LFW S/S16 Playlist brings you all the music hot off the catwalk. So far we’ve seen designers get the FROW dancing in their seats with an eclectic mix that spanned trip-hop, electro, dubstep and good old rock ‘n’ roll…

Eudon Choi

Eudon Choi teamed cool deconstructed shapes and lightweight layers with an atmospheric soundtrack provided by Portishead.

Jean-Pierre Braganza

Jean-Pierre Braganza’s upbeat music-inspired ‘Whiplashed’ collection was given a cool accompaniment of the classic ‘Remember Me’ by Blue Boy.

Fyodor Golan

We loved the glitchy computer aesthetics (complete with Transformers motifs) running throughout Fyodor Golan’s new designs, which worked perfectly first with the choice of tracks.

Fashion Scout: Ones to Watch

Showcasing the creme de la creme of fashion’s emerging design stars, Fashion Scout’s Ones to Watch Show included irresistibly catchy tracks from Dimitri Vegas and Toyah.

Pam Hogg

Rounding off Day One with a star-studded show at London’s Freemasons House, fashion’s enfant terrible’s catwalk ended to tumultuous applause with a rock ‘n’ roll classic.

James Kelly

James Kelly returns as Fashion Scout Merit Award’s sponsorship recipient for a second season, sending his models down the runway to the iconic Twin Peaks theme.

You generally wouldn’t expect dubstep to soundtrack a Alice in Wonderland-inspired collection, but Littleshilpa made it work!

Zeynep Kartal

At Zepnep Kartal, the luxury couture styles were a match made in heaven with a Lykke Li remix.
