Music Monday: Elliot Moss ‘Pattern Repeating’

We’re given a glimpse of an Ikea world gone wrong in this eerie video for Elliot Moss’s latest single.

Directed by Daniel Howlid, who is part of the HochR collective from Scandinavia, we are transported to an unsettling dystopia. Although undoubtedly stylish, the faceless family (reminiscent of mannequins) go through the motions of their apparently meaningless lives.

Howlid says; “It tells the story of stark, latent family dynamics, where impotence, acceptance and hopelessness surface through the repetitiveness in our lives”.
