Flex in the City: Week Four
Let the street structures become your friends and help support your shapes and body weight. Get creative with the types of lines you can flex with your body in connection to our urban furniture. The legs up the wall (below) focuses on using the wall to prop up the top leg, whilst inspiring the hips to stay lifted. Think about your collar bone area as well as your focus looking up to the sky so the upper body can stay active and engaged.
