Calvin Klein to merge womenswear and menswear shows at New York Fashion Week

Calvin Klein has set the date for their Fall 2017 show: the second day of New York Fashion Week, 10th February. The brand have also chosen to merge their men’s and women’s lines, and will showcase them together. Both ready-to-wear collections and accessories will be on show. The brand is not the only fashion house to combine its womenswear and menswear into one show, with Bottega Veneta announcing yesterday they were set to do the same.

This will also be the first collection under new chief creative director Raf Simons, who was appointed in August after leaving Dior. He will be the first sole director since founder Calvin Klein left the role after its acquisition by Philips Van Heusen in 2002.
