The original version already lends itself to your Friday night playlist and is a welcome return for the pop powerhouse, turn it up in time for your Christmas party playlist with this newest reworking.

Menke – ‘Moln’

The debut single from Swedish multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter Menke is a mysterious, sweeping and beautiful piece of music – starting off with delicate finger plucked guitar, strings, drums, and even glass are all present here – and all intertwine perfectly with Menke’s angelic vocals. The words are taken from Karin Boye’s poem of the same name (it means “clouds” in Swedish) and ‘Moln’ is a fascinating introduction to the the world of Menke.

Sonny – ‘Yesterday’s Gone’

Sonny is back with poignant heartfelt ballad ‘Yesterday’s Gone’. The 18-year-old has had an incredible year since releasing his debut EP ‘Hopeless Romance’ in March. Now he ends the year on a high with this new single, perfect for a winter playlist playing while snuggled up by the fire with a hot coco.

Miguel – ‘Come Through and Chill’ Ft J.Cole & Salaam Remi

When you have both Miguel and J.Cole on a track you know you’re about to listen to a first-class R&B and Hip Hop song. With a updated version of ‘Come Through and Chill’, Miguel gives us this gem ahead of his anticipated album release ‘War & Leisure’. Very much looking forward to the album!

Roy Woods feat. PnB Rock and dvsn- ‘Balance’

‘Balance’ is Roy Woods brand new track which features the very talented PnB Rock and dvsn. In support of his upcoming studio album, ‘Say Less’ this record is the second teaser for the album. The song perfectly combines pop, R&B, and rap with dvsn’s Daniel Daley delivering a soulful hook. All three of these stars are on the rise having worked with artists like Drake this past year and this single demonstrates that talent.

Blackbear feat. FRND – ‘anxiety’

Blackbear’s new album, ‘Cybersex’ dropped on Monday and features new cut ‘anixety.’ Blackbear has been a huge internet success after releasing a variety of new music on non-traditional platforms. Blackbear released studio album, ‘Digital Druglord’ earlier this year, and ‘Cybersex’ includes 14 new songs with various collaborations. ‘anxiety’ has an effortless production and the chorus is extremely catchy. Yellow Claw feat. STORi- ‘Both of Us’

‘Both of Us’ only dropped on Tuesday and has already had over 1M plays on Spotify. The song features STORi, who delivers beautiful vocals on the track. ‘Both of Us’ differs from Yellow Claw’s typical bass-heavy sound displayed on their sophomore album, ‘Los Amsterdam.’ This single has an overall pop vibe and shows their talent of being able to switch up their sound.

The New Coast – ‘Caught’

‘Caught’ is the new single from pop-indie duo, The New Coast.  This record is the latest of three singles the boys have released this year. Their passionate vocals are profound over the huge syncopated chorus and they do an excellent job producing groovy synths. ‘Caught’ reflects upon learning about yourself while trying to figure someone else out in a relationship.

Rae Morris – Atletico

Rae Morris is one of our favourite surprise popstars of 2017. After the release of one of the year’s high points, ‘Do It’, she’s back with new single ‘Atletico’ and it’s another golden pop moment that transcends all that we expected. It seems there’s no end to the huge choruses she’s capable of, and to that end we can’t wait until the album next year. For now, dive into ‘Atletico’ below.

Anna Leone – ‘I Never Really’

Anna Leone continues her 2017 movements of not putting a foot wrong with new release ‘I Never Really’. Every bit as captivating as her debut ‘My Soul I’, this track sees her raspy, emotive vocal pulling at our heartstrings again, with an all too relatable lyrical theme. A rich tapestry of instrumentation builds to a soaring crescendo that will have you adding it to your playlists in a flash.
