Today, ahead of the release of his EP Not A Hobby, the artist shares a new track, ‘Smoke’ produced by Jamie Hartman (Rag’n’Bone Man) and co-written with Lindy Robbins (Dua Lipa, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Hudson, Brittney Spears).
“I wrote this song on 4/20 (International Weed Day) while smoking Willie Nelson’s homegrown weed with Jamie Hartman and Lindy Robbins. My younger brother had just told me that he recently smoked with our mum and I was jealous as hell (because my mum is rad af) So I wrote a song about smoking weed with my mum and enjoying the simple moments in a life we tend to take too seriously!”
Listen to ‘Smoke’ below, and be on the lookout for Sam’s debut EP, Not A Hobby, due to be released on 19th January.
