SpiritualizedHere It Comes (The Road) Let’s Go

The third track to be taken from upcoming album ‘And Nothing Hurt’, and their first in six years, Here It Comes (The Road) Let’s Go is certainly the most uplifting of the new songs debuted so far, with gentle twanging country-esque guitar, harmonious backing vocals and gorgeous brass adding extra texture to the track.

Silk Cinema – Golden

South London duo Silk Cinema spun another “golden” bit of enigmatic funk infused electro-pop with their latest release. Golden is a tantalising reflection of human experience, featuring rich keys and vibrant synths interlaced against Kristy X’s silky vocals. It’s only the second release this year for the newcomers, however leaves us with high expectations for their first full length release.

Maggie Rogers – Give a Little

Following the self-reflection of Fallingwater, Give a Little is a rippling extension unto the wider world. Penned on the day the National School Walkout demanded congressional action on gun control, the track is a warm-hearted statement of intent with an emphatically contagious chorus. It’s another sneak peek of her forthcoming album, and safe to say another triumph for Rogers.

More 90’s nostalgia ahead of BROCKHAMPTON’s upcoming album ‘The Best Years of Our Lives’, this time complete with high octane Kevin Abstract-directed visuals. 1997 DIANA comes on the heels of a string of recent releases on their new RCA deal, and pays homage to the old-school genre staple of a high school gymnasium backdrop and raucous crowd call-back section.

Jake IsaacBad Vibes

Singer / songwriter Jake Isaac releases Bad Vibes the uptempo, feel good second single off his upcoming EP ‘We Used To Dream’ out on August 17th. With an insanely catchy chorus, this is a definite tune that should replayed at full volume, windows down, and when you want to shake it all off. Jakes distinctive, soulful vocal makes this an altogether pleasant listen. Catch Jake at his headline show at London’s Omeara on September 17th.

ABISHANothing Matters

Fresh from her recent Spindle Session, London’s ABISHA releases her third offering Nothing Matters. Combining a minimalist approach to production with sweet vocals and abstract lyrical insights into romance and relationships, Nothing Matters feels like the soundtrack to a sci-fi love story. It’s an atmospheric, progressive, sound that is set to light up the music underground.

Era IstrefiOh God feat. Konshens

Following an incredible FIFA World Cup closing ceremony performance, Era Istrefi releases explosive new single Oh God. Featuring vocals from esteemed Jamaican dancehall artist Konshens, it’s a scorching collaboration to see out the summer. The single is a tantalising reggae-tinged anthem, a style that is fast becoming synonymous with the Albanian singer, showcasing her trademark sultry vocals interlaid against a stuttering dancehall beat and seamless production. The track comes as a swift follow up to previous hit single Prisoner.

HousseinSummer Night

Newcomer Houssein is set to light up the popworld with his brand new single Summer Night. The single is the tantalising follow-up to his sensational debut single, 5 Bucks and is immediately striking with Houssein’s honeyed tones laid against atmospheric piano chords and stadium sized drums, a delicate crescendo leading into a rousing anthem chorus that marks the track as a power pop gem.

NYC based singer-songwriter Dominique has been honing her craft since the tender age of five. Dominique plans on showcasing every side of this new sound on her forthcoming EP, and shares new single Receipts to whet our appetite. The production is a refreshingly interesting mix of cool-as-anything indie pop and equal amounts glossy electro pop, with the guitars and synth work driving the infectious summer rhythm in perfect harmony. Her production know-how is of great compliment to her graceful vocals as her attitude laden lyrics are perfectly executed amongst the rhythm. Whether it’s the songwriting, production or vocal work, Receipts is a display of true talent as Dominique ticks all the boxes.

Lily MooreI Will Never Be

I Will Never Be is a beautiful showcase for Lily’s power house voice, starting slow and mellow, but building to an emotional crescendo bound to leave listeners breathless.  Following on from her acclaimed 1st EP, No That Special’, the song is the first single from her forthcoming 2nd EP which will be out later this year.

Sigala has another definite summer smash on his hands and we’re excited for his debut album ‘Brighter Days’ out in September.
